    We read your note and reply personally, usually within a few business days, to set up a time to talk.

    By phone or video. We discuss goals, income needs, tax considerations, and values where relevant.

    Diagnostic and onboarding

    If you engage us, we review holdings, propose a tailored strategy, and open Interactive Brokers accounts for custodied assets when you are ready, with Charles Schwab as a backup when needed.
